How early should I arrive?
We recommend arriving early in case there is traffic. Your therapist will be ready for you at your scheduled appointment time.
Each session includes an extra 10 minutes for pre-consultation, derobing, post-consultation, and redressing.
What should I wear?
Whatever is easy to change in and out of! Our therapists professionally drape with sheets so it's up to you if you want to completely undress under the sheets, wear underwear, or some clothes - however you're most comfortable!
We recommend removing any jewelery that could get in the way, for example necklaces, bracelets, watches, etc.
What's your cancellation policy?
Appointments may be cancelled for free with 24 hours notice.
After that time a 50% fee may apply if we're unable to rebook your appointment with another client.
No call no shows will be charged 100% of the service price.
What if I'm feeling under the weather?
If you have any symptoms associated with illness please do not come in for your appointment or to reschedule. Give us a call and speak with our front desk about getting you rescheduled on a day you feel better.
Do you accept insurance?
We don't accept insurance but would be happy to provide you with receipts and documentation for reimbursement.
Do you offer couples massages or group reservations?
We support group reservations and couples massage. We do not have a couples' room; however, we are happy to schedule you all at the same time. When booking online there is a client drop down menu that will allow you to select the quantity in your party then book as normal!
Do we offer any services outside of massage?
At this time, we do not offer any services other than massage. We are in the works of expanding to infrared saunas to enhance your experience.
Do you offer massage to minors?
Yes however all minors must have a guardian present in the room during their sessions. If you need minor or infant massage please call us so we can match you with a therapist that offers this.
